Product Features

WD-808 is a two-component silicone structural sealant product with adjustable curing speed and fast deep curing speed. Neutral curing, non corrosive to metals, coated glass, concrete, and marble (granite).

Excellent weather aging resistance, good resistance to high and low temperatures, and stable performance within the range of -40 ℃~150 ℃ after curing.

It has excellent adhesion to most building materials and generally does not require the use of a primer.

High strength, high adhesion, and high modulus.

Has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.

Main purpose

Various structural bonding: structural bonding and sealing of glass, stone (marble, granite), aluminum curtain walls, glass skylights, and metal structural engineering.

Usage restrictions

Not suitable for all materials that have leaked oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil soaked wood.

When the surface temperature of the material is below ℃ or above 40 ℃, it is not suitable for construction.

Curing time

After mixing the two components of YIYUAN-808 two-component silicone structural sealant, it has a shelf life of 20~90 minutes. After 2 hours of mixing, it has strong adhesion, but it should not move. Its strength can be fully exerted in 14 days.
